● graduated from Northwestern Polytechnic University, now the vice chairman of China mobile robot industry alliance, with 15 years of experience in the automotive and robot industry; ● once served as CEO of robot business group of a well-known listed group in China, leading AGV, manipulator and other sectors, and nearly 1000 people team to carry out intelligent logistics business; ● lead the team to complete the benchmark project of overall intelligent logistics improvement in many industries, such as Sany lighthouse, spring breeze power, Volkswagen, etc; ● 10 years of process technology management work in Japanese and European joint venture automobile factories, leading the completion of process planning, design and completion of workshops in five Complete Vehicle OEMs;

● MBA from MSM college in the Netherlands, master of economics from Zhongnan University of economics and law, with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry; ● once served as COO of an automobile group, with 12000 management team, responsible for R & D, procurement, manufacturing and sales; ● once served as the co CEO of an automobile brand in the United States, responsible for the acquisition of an automobile factory in the United States (with a transaction amount of US $110million), led the team to implement the development of three electricity, battery and auto drive system, and the number of the team increased from 30 to 350; ● worked for 26 years in the well-known top 500 automobile group in China, successively served as deputy general manager, executive vice president of subsidiaries, general manager of legal / Securities Affairs Department of the group, with more than 6000 management personnel, and was successively responsible for automobile supply chain and marketing, automobile restructuring and Hong Kong H-share IPO, as well as the establishment and operation management of Chinese foreign joint ventures under several automobile groups;
